GPTQE operates on a monthly qualification cycle. Registration closes on the 26th of each month, followed by an eight-day online training period and a scheduled online examination on Day 10. Candidates are encouraged to register early to secure their place.

The following schedule applies to the current GPTQE monthly intake. Registration closes on 26 August 2026, the training program runs for 8 days, and the official online examination is held on 31 August 2026.
